Please review the following policy regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.


1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

• Unused and in resalable condition

• Returned with original packaging

• Free from signs of wear, damage, or modification

• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.


2. Requesting a Return

Before sending any item back, you must first contact our support team.

Once approved, our team will provide detailed return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.


3. Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items

We carefully inspect orders before shipment; however, issues can occasionally occur during transit.

If you receive:

• A damaged item

• A defective product

• An incorrect item

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Photos of the item

• Photos of the packaging

• A brief description of the problem

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.


4. Non-Returnable Products

For health, safety, and operational reasons, certain items cannot be returned.

These may include:

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final-sale merchandise

• Personal care and hygiene-related products

• Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

• Items returned without original packaging

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before initiating a request.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, size, or model, we recommend:

  1. Submitting a return request for the original product
  2. Placing a new order for the desired item once your return has been approved

This allows us to provide the fastest possible service.


6. European Union Consumer Rights

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may be entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period under applicable consumer protection laws.

To qualify:

• The product must remain unused

• Original packaging must be retained

• Proof of purchase must be provided

This statutory right applies independently of our standard return policy where required by law.


7. Refund Processing

After your returned item arrives, our team will inspect it and determine eligibility.

If your return is approved:

✔ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

✔ A confirmation email will be sent once processing is complete

✔ Processing typically takes 5–10 business days

Please note that financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund to your account.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank

Some institutions require additional processing time before refunds appear.

9. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was shipped

• The item arrived damaged

• The product was defective upon arrival

If a return is approved under one of these circumstances, DEWPUREL™ may provide a prepaid return label or arrange an alternative solution at our discretion.
